ASTM A106 is suitable for seamless carbon steel pipe for high temperature environment. ASTM A106 pipe is manufactured according to grade A, B and C. A106-A is equivalent to the domestic 10# steel material, A106-B is equivalent to the domestic 20# material, is a relatively common use of a steel pipe material at home and abroad. A106 seamless steel pipe is mainly used in construction, mechanical processing, electrical, petrochemical and other industries.
4130 grade AISI pipe is a low-alloy grade designed with chromium and molybdenum content. The AISI 4130 Pipe is generally referred to as the A335 material, and they exhibit reasonable strength and toughness. The versatile 4130 Chromoly Pipe showcases good corrosion and oxidation resistance in a stress-induced setup. These pipes work well against pitting and reducing acids in marine and harsh environments. They possess a melting point of 1432 degrees C with a density of 7.85 g/cm3.
Grade AISI 4140 is a low alloy steel that contains additions of chromium, molybdenum, and manganese in their alloy. In comparison to Grade 4130, the content of carbon in 4140 is slightly higher. This versatile alloy makes for an AISI 4140 Pipe with good properties. For instance, they have good resistance to atmospheric corrosion along with reasonable strength.
A252 Seamless&Welded Pipe Piles
ASTM A252 is the standard specification for nominal-wall cylindrical steel pipe piles, where the cylinder acts as a permanent load-bearing member or shell to form a cast-in-place concrete pile. Welding mainly provides ASTM A252 submerged arc welded steel pipe piles for agricultural, construction and load bearing geotechnical applications. The ASTM A252 specification has three grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3, of which Grade 2 and Grade 3 are commonly used materials.
A333 Seamless & Welded Steel Pipe
ASTM A333 is the standard specification for seamless and welded carbon and alloy steel pipe for low temperature applications or other applications requiring notch toughness. This standard covers several grades of ferritic steel: Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10 and Grade 11.
EN 10210/S355 Seamless Steel Pipe
Grade S355 is a low carbon manganese-containing steel alloy. This medium-strength carbon steel has both good weldability and good impact resistance. Grade S355 steel is also well suited for sub-zero temperature applications.
The longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe is made of steel plate as raw material, which is formed by a forming machine, and then double-sided submerged arc welding is carried out. Through this process, the LSAW pipe will have excellent ductility, toughness, uniformity, plasticity and good sealing performance. The production equipment can be produced quickly, easy to replace, and the product specification range of LSAW pipe is large. The production line can produce welded pipe diameter 406-4500mm, wall thickness 8mm-100mm.
316L stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel metal alloy that contains nickel and molybdenum, making it corrosion resistant. 316L is a 316 low carbon grade. This grade is not affected by sensitization (grain boundary carbide precipitation). It is often used for large-gauge welded parts (approximately over 6mm). 316L stainless steel has higher creep, fracture stress and tensile strength than chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel at high temperature.
A179 seamless cold drawn low carbon steel pipe is equivalent to China's No. 10 high-quality low-carbon steel. A179 is suitable for cold-drawn high-quality low-carbon seamless steel pipes for heat exchangers and condensers.
